| On 2 July 2007 Bank `Finance and Credit` completed the process of corporate reorganization from the limited liability company (Ltd) into Open Joint stock Company `Bank `Finance and Credit` (OJSC). |
| In 2007 the Bank completed its changeover to the modern automated system „ SR Bank-4”. It enabled the Bank to quickly and flexibly introduce new banking products that substantially increased level and quality of customer service, ensured introduction of efficient management accounts and allowed to introduce a real time control over operations of the branches. |
| In 2007, a real time operative database was established in the Bank, which enabled obtaining, storing and processing huge amounts of different information. |

In 2007, a universal electronic debit and credit operations funding system was introduced in the Bank that made it possible to shift the risks of current and short-term liquidity from the regional elements of the Bank’s structure and to the Treasury and to ensure their comprehensive management.
