Documentary Operations
| Bank `Finance and Credit` has a great experience in performance of all kinds of world customary documentary operations. In 2007 the Bank performed a great volume of operations with export and import letters of credit and various bank guarantees (tender guarantees, payment guarantees etc.) by orders of its customers. |
| In 2007 Documentary Operations Department performed operations to the amount of USD 168.2 million (in 2006 – USD 119.4 million, growth – 140.9%). Volume of operations with import letters of credit and stand-by LCs made up USD 21.2 million (in 2006 – USD 14.4 million, growth – 147.2%). |
| In 2007 there were 48 export letters of credit issued to the Bank`s customers to the total amount of USD 22.3 million. In 2007 the Bank issued 572 bank guarantees to the total amount of USD 124.7 million (in 2006 – USD 69.1 million, growth – 180.5%). |

As compared to 2006 the number of documentary operations of the Bank grew in 1.1 times, and their volume grew in 1.4 times.

In 2007 there was an increase of activity and interest of the regional branches in documentary operations performed by the Bank, and as a result a number of the Bank`s clients provided with products of documentary business has increased.

Total income of the Bank from documentary operations in 2007 amounted to UAH 7.14 million.

Growth of quantitative indicators of the Bank`s performance when making international settlements with use of documentary operations, and its financial stability resulted in increase or setting new limits of foreign banks, established to our Bank for performance of documentary operations. In 2007 new limits were set to our Bank by such foreign banks as Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG (Vienna), Indover Bank (Amsterdam), Banco Populare di Verona (Verona).

Bank `Finance and Credit` offers a range of services on operations with bills of exchange: discount, guarantee of a bill of exchange (aval), bill collection, domiciling, repo operations, commercial and commission operations, avalyzing tax bills of enterprises.
