Depositary Services | «FINANCE & CREDIT» BANK

The Bank Finance and Credit (license of the State Committee for Securities and Stock Market, ÀÀ 549370, dated 26 October 2001 for performance of professional depositary activities of the custodian) renders the following range of services to its clients, residents and non-residence:

opening securities accounts
custody of securities
immobilization of documentary securities for their further circulation in the electronic form
consideration of the transfer of ownership rights to securities by order of the client
notification of the client about all corporate actions of the issuer as to the change of rights fixed by securities, with these changes reflected on the securities account as well as presentation of any information received from the issuer or registrar to the client
receipt of yield from securities with their further transfer to deposit accounts
provision of securities account holders with account statements and statements on cash flow on their accounts for any period in question
services of the depositary of investment funds and joint funds of investment companies
complex servicing of issuers that issued securities in non-documentary form, keeping, accounting and registration of securities, provided on pledge or burdened with liabilities on the securities account
delivery of securities upon payment

As of 01 January 2008 total number of discount operations performed by the Bank`s custodian over 2007 was 5,456 to the amount of UAH 15,571 million.

There were 623 depositors served by the Bank, volume of Custodian`s depositary assets at fair value as compared to 2006 increased in 2.1 times and amounted to UAH 4,648 million.

In the course of 2007 Bank `Finance and Credit` as custodian performed 13 operations on immobilization of uncertificated securities, and prepared 367 registers of security owners in accordance with requests of registrars.
