Interbank cooperation

In 2007 Bank `Finance and Credit` reached a significant success in the sphere of broadening international cooperation, strengthening its position as a reliable and stable partner both for foreign and domestic correspondent-banks counteragents. Bank `Finance and Credit`: provides clearing services for 40 Ukrainian and foreign banks provides money transfer services through ÀVERS system for 34 Ukrainian agent banks and their customers collaborates with 4 international money transfer systems within the bounds of ÀVERS transfer system provides money transfer services for 38  banks,  within the framework of Western Union, MoneyGram, Ànelik, Xpress Money systems co-operates with 123 banks in banknote banking and operations with banking metals. To diversify risks with the purpose of enhancing correspondent network and improvement of quality of service for correspondent-banks, the Bank opened new correspondent accounts in 2007:  NOSTRO account with The Bank of New York Ltd (New York) in USD NOSTRO account with Commerzbank Luxembourg in gold. The Bank was provided with new credit lines for inter-bank operations and trade finance operations with such banks as The Bank of New York Ltd (USA), VTB Deutschland (Germany), RZB (Austria), NLB InterFinanz AG (Switzerland), and existing limits were increased by such banks as American Express Bank (USA), Commerzbank AG (Germany), OJSC „Kazkommertsbank” (Kazakhstan). In 2007 main correspondent-banks of the Bank `Finance and Credit` were the following: Citibank NA, New York; American Express Bank, New York, The Bank of New York Ltd. ,New York (settlements in USD)  American Express Bank GMBH, Frankfurt; Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt, VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG, Frankfurt   (settlements in EUR) JSC Sobinbank, Moscow; CJSC Promsviazbank, Moscow (settlements in RUR) Citibank, NA, London (settlements in GBP) Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd, Tokio(settlements in Japanese yen) OJSC Kazkommertsbank, Alma-Ata (settlements in Kazakh tenge) OJSC Priorbank, Minsk; OJSC Belvneshekonombank, Minsk (settlements in Belarus ruble) Credit Suisse, Zurich (settlements in Swiss franc) As of 01 January 2008 Bank `Finance and Credit` opened 84 NOSTRO accounts with banks of CIS and Baltic countries and other foreign banks, and 311 LORO accounts for domestic and foreign banks.
