The Bank Serves:
- Over 40 thousand accounts of corporate customers
- Over 290 thousand retail deposit accounts
- Over 623 thousand card accounts
- Over 15 thousand accounts of SME clients

Over 2007:
- cash turnover in domestic currency across the Bank increased almost twofold compared to 2006. (from UAH 20.47 billion to UAH 37.19 billion)
- 15 agreements were concluded with the clients on collection of trade receipts (including collection of trade receipts of hypermarket O`KEY Ukraine Ltd. – one of the largest hypermarkets in Ukraine). Collection services fees increased more than twofold over a year and amounted to UAH 765,000.

Customer Support:
- In February 2007, a Contact Centre was established in the Bank `Finance and Credit`. Phone number: 8 800 302 00 00 (free of charge within Ukraine) The Contact Centre operates 24 hours a day on the on-line basis
- In 2007, the Bank `Finance and Credit` conducted a so called “secret customer research”. It allowed not only to determine the quality of service and sales efficiency in the Bank’s branch network but also to develop a complex of actions for permanent staff training.

Among the main processes of bank back-office upgrade was centralization, aimed at optimization of operational activity and standardization of banking operations.

In 2007 the decision was made to create an intrabank payment system (IPS) and bank’s change-over to the 3rd model of servicing consolidated correspondent account.
