Strategic risk for the Bank is a risk of losses resulted from mistakes (omissions) occurred when making decisions that define strategy of the Bank`s activity and development. Strategic risk management of the Bank is performed by means of coordination of strategic goals, business strategies, resources, as well as quality of implementation of the Bank`s goals.
The following instruments for minimization of strategic risks are used in strategic risk management of the Bank:
establishment of complex process for strategic planning
proper implementation of strategic goals and tasks
adequate records-keeping of financial indicators of the Bank when forming strategic plans
availability of adequate capital level to implement strategic plans
