The Bank loan portfolio increased by more than 72% in 2005 and maintained high increment rate based on previous years' growth rates (66% in 2002, 88% in 2003, 64% in 2004).

The Bank offers its clients several successful programs and continuously improves its lending instruments.

Current Lending Programs

Starting from 2004 the Bank has been successfully launching "A KrAZ on Credit" and "Lease a KrAZ" programs.
Over 100 various models of trucks manufactured by AutoKrAZ holding company have been sold under these programs.

In 2005, the Bank introduced new credit programs:

"Railway Carriages on Credit" is a lending program for corporate clients to purchase any railway carriage models manufactured by Stakhanov Carriage Works. The Program offers hryvnya credits for up to three years and enables the companies that continuously use railway transportation to establish their own railway fleets. The purchased railway carriage acts as security, the initial contribution makes up 30% of the borrowed amount. The carriages bought on credit are permitted to run throughout Ukraine, CIS and Baltic States.

"KARSAN on Credit" is credit program for purchase "Karsan J9" buses manufactured by AutoKrAZ. The program terms: credits are granted to corporate customers at 9.5% down payment for one-year credits and at 13% down payment for two-year credits, plus one-time 1% commission fee.
