Operations banking
Operations Banking is a department established in 2005 within the Bank's structure. The goal of operations banking is to render high-standard, professional services to personal and corporate clients, to process and maintain all banking operations. Operations Banking subdivisions are responsible for the quality of customer services, correctness of the transactions initiated by the front office.

Performance Dynamics
The number of national currency processing operations more than doubled, growing from UAH 6.2 billion in 2004 to UAH 12.7 billion in 2005, while the number of payments in foreign currency boosted 2.5-fold.

The number of national currency operations with of the Bank's point-of-sale terminal grew almost 3-fold as compared with 2004.
The Collections Department is responsible for collection and transportation of customers' valuables under 52 collection agreements. The Bank's income earned from the collection services in 2005 amounted UAH 214 thousand.
The Bank offers "Client-Bank" service. This software provides a client with the capability to transfer its payment documents and other important information through open telecommunication channels (dial-up telephone lines or Internet).
The number of "Client-Bank" system users almost doubled in 2005 as compared with 2004 reaching 3.36 thousand bank customers.
