Address by the Chairman of the Board

       When I analyze the path the Bank has followed since it was founded, there occurs an involuntary comparison with popular Formula 1 contest. It has the same principle, the same ideology and the ultimate objective: to be hi-tech, to keep speed, to see the goal – and to win. This is possible only thanks to constant self-perfection, accurate description of priorities, flawless professional level and debugged work of the whole team. 
      
       
      For me the Bank is like a hi-tech car, a race car, possessing tremendous power and equipped up to date. And all of us, each of us is a part of a large team of specialists, whose task is to forecast all possible standard and extraordinary situations, constantly keeping this race car in ‘stand-by’ for any tough and difficult contest and to be able to make the only right decisions, even if it is a matter of seconds.
           Team work result speaks for itself. Almost all main goals, set in 2006 were achieved. We actively worked on the international capital markets, obtained high international B2 rating and national A2.ua rating of the rating agency Moody’s, as well as a positive final report of one of the most influential international auditing companies KPMG. Besides, we managed to implement a number of large-scale projects concerning reorganization of the Bank’s work itself, improved all indicators of banking activities and expanded the Bank’s network in all regions of Ukraine.

         
       In 2007 we intend to stick to the planned line – to proceed with reorganization of the Bank in order to make its structure and operational principles more transparent and clear for potential investors. We will develop innovation approach to sales of banking services through all lines of activities, modernize and expand the existing range of services, provided by the Bank for both individuals and corporate clients. 

           
          

     Our aim is not to be the first at any price. He, whose race car makes the utmost, is far from winning all the time – in the contest of equals everything depends upon skill, purposefulness and smart calculation. That is why they call them Formula pilots. They are the summit of inspiration and capacity for work of the whole team. Their aim is to make the dream of many come true. 
 

          Each of us can become a pilot and our race car is made of bright and strong alloy of all best professional and human qualities. And I am sure, that we will certainly face new contests and new records.
