Corporate banking

    A key accomplishment of 2006 has been the changed role of the bank's Head Office in the system of relations among the bank's business units along the entire vertical of corporate banking, as well as the growing status of the bank's branches as independent banking operations. In 2006, the bank delegated the broadest ever authority to its branches, which has had a positive impact on the development of corporate banking, manifested in a significant expansion of the credit and deposit portfolios, an increase in the volume of documentary transactions, and a significantly expanded customer base.   Nonetheless, the bank continues to work on modernizing and expanding the range of its financial services provided as part of corporate banking.

      Finance & Credit Bank always strives to understand most fully its customers and their needs.  As part of this strategy, the bank's territorial branches and offices play the key role in attracting corporate customers.
     The advantage of this approach is that every customer is assigned a personal manager who is familiar with the specifics of the particular region and most fully understands the customer's specific needs for particular types of financial services.
      In 2006, our corporate customer base added 7,873 new customers (by contrast, the corporate customer base increased by 5,737 customers in 2005, by 4,003 in 2004, and by 3,135 in 2003).
