The bank holds a license from the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market (license AA No. 549370 dated October 26, 2001) under which it provides a full range of professional securities custody services to resident and nonresident customers:

immobilization of certificated securities for purposes of their electronic circulation

recording the transfer of title to securities at the customer's request

keeping the customer informed about all corporate decisions of the issuer that involve changes in the rights conferred by securities, implementing these changes in the customer's securities account, and relaying to the customer any information received from the issuer or registrar

receiving income on securities and transferring it to cash accounts

providing holders of securities with reports on their account status and transaction history for any period
-
custody services for investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies
-
comprehensive services for issuers of securities in book-entry form; custody, accounting and registration of securities pledged as collateral or encumbered with other obligations in a securities account

delivery of securities against payment
As of January 1, 2007, the number of accounting operations performed by the custodian Finance & Credit Bank in 2006 totaled 4,814 to the amount of UAH 4,086.2 mln. The bank provided services to 515 securities depositors. The face value of assets in custody increased by 1.2 times from 2005 to reach UAH 2,175 mln. Throughout 2006, the custodian Finance & Credit Bank performed 69 operations involving immobilization of certificated securities and prepared 357 registers of security holders in response to queries from registrars.
