Expansion of the branch office network

        In 2006, Finance & Credit Bank continued to expand its own regional network of branches and offices, achieving presence in all regional centers of Ukraine. In particular, in 2006 the bank opened regional directorates in Kherson, Chernivtsi, Uzhgorod, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, and municipal directorates in Mariupol, Makeyevka and Kremenchug.
 

As of January 1, 2007, the Bank's regional network includes 300 representative offices in all regions of Ukraine, including 16 branches, 283 offices, and the Head Office. 15% of them (45 offices) are category A offices, 61% (183 offices) are category B offices, and 24% (72 offices) are offices of E, ESC and ESC+ categories (service centers).

In 2006, the Bank modernized its offices to increase their operational capabilities and expand the range of services.
The bank has reequipped its category C and D offices to standardize and expand their capabilities, resulting in a substantial increase (from 12% in 2005 to 61% in 2006) in the number of category B offices, while the number of service centers (category E, ESC and ESC+ offices) has declined insignificantly.

In 2006, the percentage of full-service offices providing the full range of banking services increased from 70% to 76%. The regional network of Finance & Credit Bank is structured in such a way that the Bank's customers in any region have access to the full spectrum of our banking services.
