The year 2004 has clearly demonstrated that the Bank "Finance and Credit" has honorably met the challenges by means of confident and professional work having strengthened the status of one of the most stable Ukrainian banks. This year confirmed one more yet almost invisible trend: the bank "Finance and Credit" recognizes its social role and responsibility to the society as a whole but not only to its customers and partners.
Whatever complicated were the moments of November-December 2004 we did not give way to the temptation of the conjuncture actions or hasty steps. As a result the bank has finished the year with not bad economic dividends and serious competition advantages.
Not stopping at the achieved progress we determined the range of priority measures aimed at strengthening of our competition positions. These priorities are formulated in our middle-term plan for the period till the year 2008; they are specialized in our business-plan for the year 2005 and transferred to our development operation plan for the year 2005 - in our budget.
First of all we set the task of the support of our high image at the appropriate level consequently it concerns the Bank brand and with purpose we are going to solve the task of the creation of the multitrended high-competitive banking business with availability of the alternative bank products sale channels. We are going to broaden and renovate both traditional product range and to promote actively bank innovations. Besides that we are planning to create adjacent secondary and third markets of the financial services provided by our network (insurance service sale, realty products sale etc).
Secondly we are aiming at the substantial increase of our capital particularly the capital stock.
Thirdly we are going to establish presence at foreign markets of cheap credit resources adoption and to attract significant sums by means of Eurobonds placement and syndicated loan.
We want to continue the improvement process of our management system, to raise the level of professionalism and motivation, rousing of our personnel interest in the work results, to perfect our customers' service culture.
All this equally with our information openness and aiming at long-term, mutually beneficial and correct partnership, desire to help the customer will yield its fruits.
