Depositary services

All operations of the bank with the deponent's securities are executed in the framework of the National depositary system on the basis of the program product of "Inter-regional Funds Union" Ltd depositary. There are more than 100 securities custodians participating in this program. 

The section of depositary service of the Bank "Finance and Credit" consists of depositary activity specialists who are certified by the Governmental securities and stock market Committee and have a considerable operational experience of working in the stock market of Ukraine. 

The Bank has a license of the Governmental securities and stock market Committee for a professional depositary activity of a security custodian and proposes to the clients (residents not residents) a full number of depositary services:

• opening of an account in securities
• keeping custody of securities
• putting out of circulation of the documentary securities with the object of its further circulation in the electronic form
• registration of lapse of property right to the securities under the instructions of clients
• notification of a client about all corporative actions of an issuer that incur the change of rights. This notification is secured by a security document and registered on accounts of securities, furnishing of any information received from an issuer or a registrar to a client
• acquisition of income on securities including the further transfer into monetary funds
• furnishing of the reports about the state of accounts and servicing of accounts for any requesting period to the securities owners
• services of an investment funds depositary and investment companies mutual funds
• complex servicing of the issuers who emitted a capital issue under not documentary form, keeping custody, taking into account and registration of securities that are left as deposit or burdened by other liabilities on account in securities
• furnishing of securities against the payment
   
   

In 2004 the volume of operations of clients accounts increased 5 times and constituted 1 847,9 mln. UAH. The quantity of the executed operations increased 1,5 times. The volume of the depositary assets increased by 1,4 times and constituted 424,9 mln. UAH. 

For a fiscal year the Bank realized 269 operations of putting out of circulation of securities under documentary form, prepared 157 registers of securities owners according to the registers' inquiries.
