The "Finances and Credit" Bank's orientation to the organization of its own information space and the introduction of the recent developments in the domain of the information technologies permit to provide the quickness and the high quality of the banking services.
The considerable growth of the clients quantity, the increase of the series of banking products, the necessity of the development and introduction of the new services conditioned in 2004 the transition of the Bank "Finance and Credit" and its branches to the efficient unified information automated banking system (ABC) "SR Bank" on the basis of the DMS Oracle.
In 2004 on the basis of this ABS 7 from 16 branches of the Bank "Finance and Credit" started its work.
The program of transition during 2005 to this program of other branches of the Bank is developed and adopted. The high-quality functioning of the system of the clients' notification about the funds movement on the card accounts by means of the sending of the SMS - messages of the GSM-net is very important. The further improvement of this service with the use of the recent developments is realizing.
The park of the computer and server equipment of the Bank is permanently renewable. As a server of the Bank the new hardware complex DELL is introduced. A high emphasis is placed on the reservation of the power supply systems that permits to provide the necessary reliability of the computer network of the Bank.
With the object to improve the quality and the reliability of the corporative network of the Bank, the Bank executed the transaction to the optical channel of communications between remote branches. In 2004 the bank introduced the complex antivirus program that provides the antivirus protection of the corporative network of the Bank.
This program is destined to secure the automated work places of the employees of the Bank against any virus attacks.
