Personnel operations
In 2004 the personnel policy of the Bank "Finance and Credit" picked out the necessity of the further dynamic development of all directions of the banking activity. The main priority - the capacity of the personnel to realize objects that favor the achievement of the strategic end of the Bank: the improving and competitive ability of the banking products, the extensions of its sphere and the sphere of the Bank's influence, the improving of the client servicing.
It is possible to count on the long term and stable success under the conditions of presence of a group of like-minded persons who have joint interests and values. That's why the Bank is interested in the perfection of the personnel motivation system, creation of the atmosphere of common corporative spirit, well-wishing, common understanding and respect environment, development of the initiative and creation, increase of the conscious attitude to the labor. The formation of the common values system is one of the primary tasks of the personnel management.
In the fiscal year the transition to the new personnel program was realized. This program permitted to increase the effectiveness of the interaction between personnel management department and internal accounts department of the Bank, and the effectiveness of the information processing.
In 2004 the personnel requirements became more exigent, and even so the candidates were examined on a competitive basis. During this year the remote education of the Bank's employees continued and the seminars were organized.
| Counting on the employees' readiness to the self-perfection and permanent work at the development of the new professional qualities the Bank has the intension to create necessary conditions that permit for every member of the personnel to realize himself. With this object a special program "The Banking school" was developed. This program was successfully functioning during 2004. |

In 2004 the personnel of the Bank increased admitted 679 new employees. According to the data available on the 01.01.2005 the personnel of the Bank consists of 2028 banking specialists.
