PIN-code change
In case you suspect, that your PIN-code came out to a stranger and can be used with the aim of your card compromise (unauthorized cash withdrawal from your card account), you can use ATM of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit" and change your old PIN-code to a new one.
To use this service you need to:
Insert your card in the ATM
Choose the language
Make visual check for matching of the ATM and its elements with the image on monitor.
Confirm to continue the operation
Enter your PIN-code and push the button INPUT
Choose a menu item – PIN-code change
Enter your new PIN-code (the code consists of 4 (four) figures from 0 (zero) to 9 (nine), you should enter the code in random order, after that it becomes activated at once and will stay valid further
Complete operating the ATM
Remove your card
