Withdrawal of cash
You can draw cash from your card account in national currency. Non-residents of Ukraine, holders of payment cards of foreign banks can withdraw money from the ATM of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit" in UAH, EURO currency.
Please, specify the list of ATMs, which allow withdrawal of a foreign currency – Contact centre of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit", tel. 495-29-00, 8-800-302-0000.
Concerning all possible restrictions for money withdrawal, established on your card, address to the bank-emitter of your card.
For cash withdrawal from an ATM it is necessary to perform the following actions:
Insert your card in the ATM
Choose the language
Make visual check for matching of the ATM and its elements with the image on monitor. Confirm to continue the operation
Enter your PIN-code and push the button INPUT
Choose a menu item – Cash withdrawal
Choose the necessary sum or choose a submenu – other, where you can enter the necessary sum by yourself
If you want to receive a check, choose – Yes
Take cash and the check
Remove your card
