Cards emission for 5 working days
For payment cards issuance you should apply to the nearest Bank office, fill in the application form, card with signature examples, agreement in accordance with a set form, sign the tariffs, card use regulations (reference to the form of card use regulations) and present the following documents:
- Ukrainian passport (or any other country passport for non Ukrainian residents);
- Tax ID code certificate;
- Ukrainian passport for travelling abroad (if any);
- Pensionary identity card, document of pecuniary aid receipt (for pensionary card account opening);
- Certificate of social pecuniary aid receipt (for social pecuniary aid receipt);
Payment card issuance is implemented during 5 working days.
