Card issuance for 5 working days

      To order a payment card, you should apply to the nearest Bank outlet, fill in the application form, provide a signature sample card, enter into a standard agreement, sign the tariffs, card use regulations  and present the following documents:

• Ukrainian passport (non-residents should present the passort of their country of residence);
• Tax ID code certificate;
• Ukrainian passport for travelling abroad (if any);
• Pensionary identity card, document of pecuniary aid receipt (for pensionary card account opening);
• Certificate of social pecuniary aid receipt (for social pecuniary aid receipt);

Payment card is issued within 5 working days.
