Corporate payment cards
Corporate cards are single currency cards that can be issued in either UAH, or USD, or EUR to legal entities and private entrepreneurs. They are intended for paying on behalf of and at the expense of the enterprise for:
- business trips;
- hospitality expenses;
- economic needs on the territory of Ukraine.
Corporate cards are issued only after a corporate card account is opened and the business unit applying for a corporate card receives a notification from the Tax Authorities.
In order to open a corporate card account, you should supply the following documents:

A copy of Memorandum of Association;

A copy of Articles of Association;

A copy of Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine issued by the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine (for legal entities);

Certificate of State Registration (re-registration) of an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activities (for private entrepreneurs);

A copy of Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities (for legal entities);

A copy of Single Tax Payment Certificate issued by the Tax Authorities (for individuals);

A copy of Certificate of opening an account issued by the bank;

A copy of license or certificate for conducting a certain type of activity, if specified in the current legislation;

A copies of the director's and chief accountant's passports and the document confirming their authorities;

A written consent (permission given by an enterprise, entrepreneur) for the bank to check the provided information that is required when taking a decision on establishing partner relations.

It is accepted by all VISA payment card service points on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. Visa Classic и MasterCard Standard are universal payment cards with the widest in the world network of acceptance for payment and a perfect balance of price and quality. These cards are designed for use in all points of sale, ATMs and cash withdrawal points worldwide. Visa Classic and Master Card Standard cards also allow their holders to pay for goods and services purchased from the Internet shops, to make mail and telephone orders such as booking of hotel accomodation, airplane tickets, renting cars etc.)
