Corporate payment cards

        Corporate cards are of single currency and are opened in national currency, USD or EURO for individuals -entepreneurs and legal entities. They are meant for hospitality expenditures for enterprises account :
 

• business trips
• hospitality expenditures
• economic needs on the territory of Ukraine 

          Corporate cards are registered only after corporate account opening and receipt of statement from tax administration by subdivision.
For corporate account you should supply with the following documents:

• A copy of founder contract.
• A copy of statute.
• State enterprises and organizations of Ukraine registry certificate copy (for legal entities).
• Statement of state registration (re-registration) of business entity – individual (for entepreneurs).
• A copy of statement of  State Tax Administration of registration of taxpayer(for legal entities).
• A copy of statement of  State Tax Administration of Ukraine of single tax payment (for individuals).
• A copy of statement of Bank account opening.
• A copy of license, certificate on certain type of activity conducting, specified by the Law.
• A copy of passport of direcot, chief accountant and the document confirming their authority.
• Written agreement (permission of enterprises, entepreneur) on Bank check of given information, necessary for decision of partner relations.

           The Bank proposes to register a corporate card Visa Business Electron for your emplyees – non-personified international payment card (without first, second name of the holder) with built-in microchip. The card is an addition to Visa product, intended for corporate usage. It comprises universal and convenient qualities of Visa Business and high level of security of Visa Electron.

Advantages of the card:

• The card is accepted for payment of commodities and services in the Internet, used for airline tickets booking, cars, hotel accommodation
• Tariffs on emission and cards servicing (corporate Visa Business Electron) different from tariffs of other business-class cards
• The card can be substituted for  EMERGENCY CARD in case of loss/stolen/damage card abroad
