Programmes for undergraduates
Finance & Credit Bank development strategy implies constant progress and market share gain. This all implies increase of staff.
To make a candidates pool we begin to implement a project concerning students probation in Finance & Credit Bank units. During probation great attention is paid to specialized training, studying of concepts and operational approaches in every subdivision of the Bank.
Probation result may be as follows:
- Elaboration of student’s project, agreed with the Bank and the chair of higher educational establishment.
- Probation is closed by the presentation of a project with participation of the Bank’s employees and representatives of the higher educational establishment. Students, whose projects are recognized as the best, are enrolled in human resources of the banking sector.
Individual trainings initiated by the student in order to form primary operational skills. The best candidates are taken on the Bank’s candidates pool or can be engaged for vacant positions.
Having received letters of recommendation and practical skills in one of the best banks of Ukraine – Finance & Credit Bank, graduates will have additional opportunities to get a job.
