    For payment card registration you may fill in an application for payment card registration. Your personal manager may contact with you and fasten the time of necessary documents registration in the Bank office.

    Registration Online-applications

    Do you need a loan  filling in an application for loan receipt, You may get prior information and decision on loan delivery by telephone. Our credit manager will call you and adjusts the meeting conditions in convenient for you time directly at Bank office

    Would you like to place a deposit - fill in application for deposit placement, and deposit registration will take several minutes: all documents will be ready to your arrival to Bank office, at the stated time our deposit manager will be waiting for you.

    Do you need a payment card - fill in an application for payment card registration, our manager will contact with you, that will allow to save time for necessary documents registration in the office.
     

    1. After having chosen Bank product, fill in Online-application:
    -   Call by phone 8 800 302 0000
    -   Fill in Online-application via Internet
    -   Fill Online-application via Voice menu IVR (system of client's voice servicing)

    2. Personal manager will contact with you, consult, assist in individual program choice, deposit program and payment card.

    3. ID-code is provided for your application, which fastens and simplifies the work on your request.

    4. Online-applications processing by Contact-center is performed until personal meeting appointment with credit inspector at convenient for you Bank office, in addition we assist you up to the moment of Bank product receipt.

    5. We are looking for you as our client, waiting for your address!
     
    Callback 

    You may obtain Callback services in convenient for you time via Internet or Voice menu IVR 
    Service «Callback» consists in client via Internet or in Voice menu leaves his contact data , appeal reason, date and time of convenient consultation time; and Contact-center's operator calls him bach in the stated terms .
