"Finance and Credit" Bank and "O'KEY-Ukraine" have started a joint loyalty program

       In the beginning of May, 2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank and "O'KEY-Ukraine" have started a joint loyalty program "Charivna Karta".
       To become its participant you should make any purchase in "O'KEY" network of hypermarkets. "Charivna Karta" provides a possibility to purchase goods with 3% discount and accumulate bonuses in amount of 2% of purchase cost. By the terms of the program clients may spend total bonuses registering a cobranding Bank card of "Finance and Credit" Bank and "O'KEY-Ukraine" company.
      On the 20th of March 2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank emitted the first set of bonus-payment cards.
      According to the Head of acquiring department of "Finance and Credit" Bank Yuliya Narimanova: "Bonus-payment card is emitted on the basis of international payment card Visa Classic and gives a possibility to open a renewed credit line for UAH 500 without earnings certificate provision on favourable terms and possibility of its further increase. The card may be registered in trade outlets of "Finance and Credit" Bank located at any "O'KEY" hypermarket, filling in a package of documents and providing your passport copy and ID number. The present card possesses certain preferences of international payment card of high class: you may replenish you card free of charge at "Finance and Credit" Bank offices, pay with it at trade networks within Ukraine and abroad, withdraw funds in ATMs, possess credit funds on favourable terms".

     "Finance and Credit" Bank was founded in 1990 and by total assets it enters the group of the largest banks according to NBU 
classification. As of 01.03.2008 authorized capital of the Bank made up UAH 1,277 bln.
As of 01.03.2008 the Bank's net assets were UAH 14, 023 bln., liabilities totalled to UAH 12, 237 bln. The Bank's loan portfolio reached 
UAH 11, 277 bln. The amount of attracted funds as for 01.03.2008 was UAH 9, 082 bln.
The Bank services over 112 thousand of urgent deposit account of individuals, in addition over 197 thousand of current accounts. Loan 
portfolio of individuals of "Finance and Credit" Bank as for 01.03.2008 made up UAH 4, 443 bln.
      As of 01.03.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank emitted over 665 thd. of payment cards of international payment systems «VISA» 
«MasterCard». The infrastructure of card business numbers 395 own ATMs, over 498 cash withdrawal outlets and 2 955 trade servicing 
centres.
      As of 01.03.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank system includes 16 branch offices and 384 non-balance offices in all Ukrainian regions.
      As of the financial result of "Finance and Credit" Bank work since the beginning of 2008 has made up UAH 4, 240 mln.
