A shareholders' meeting of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit" was held

On April 15, 2008 there was held a general meeting of shareholders of Bank "Finance & Credit", there were approved: results of financial Bank activity for 2007, report of Bank auditing commission, in addition annual balance and report of Bank profit and loss for 2007.
Furthermore the meeting made a resolve of profit distribution according to Bank work results for 2007 equal to UAH 279,5 bln. the following way: UAH 125 mln. directed for distribution profits to Bank shareholders proportional to shareholders' part in Bank capital, the margin to be directed to Bank Common reserve fund replenishment.

As of 01.04.2008, "Finance & Credit" Bank largest participants are: CJSC „F&C Realty" (49,57%), LLC „Askania" (49,43%), NJSC "Naftogaz Ukrayny" (0,99%).
