The first stage of joint loyalty program "Charivna Kartka" of "Î'KEY" network of hypermarkets and "Finance and Credit" Bank was summed up

       The network of hypermarkets "Î'KEY" and "Finance and Credit" Bank brought the first results of the joint program - "Charivna Kartka". With the beginning of spring the company "Î'KEY Ukraine" and "Finance and Credit" Bank deduced a qualitatively new consumer product to the market - the complex program of loyalty for clients with the symbolic name "Charivna Kartka".
      The product is oriented on the clients of  "Î'KEY" network of hypermarkets and the name of the program is dictated by favourable terms: paying off for purchases in a network of shops, clients receive the complete set of cards which with the next purchase enable to get the goods at 3 % discount, to accumulate bonuses at a rate of 2 % from cost of purchases, and in addition to take part in extra company promotions.
      Within one and a half month "Charivna Kartkas" were received by over 145 thousand of buyers. «In the basis of our approach is the aspiration to be closer to the buyers that otherwise means to advance the competitors. The given program entirely and completely answers this thesis as it considers all the most valuable to the Ukrainian consumer advantages. But the main aspect is that our work in this direction is continuous. We shall constantly search for new interesting decisions, reacting to need changes of the client" - the General Director of the company "Î'KEY Ukraine" Armen Papazjan noted.
      All bonuses are collected on the single account of the client, which are free to spend, having issued and having received a cobranding "Finance and Credit" Bank card and "Î'KEY Ukraine" company  with a credit limit in UAH 500. This indisputable advantage of "Charivna Kartka" as the problems with card registration will not arise - in the network of hypermarkets "Î'KEY" where the trade outlets of "Finance and Credit" Bank are located, during the shortest time employees will help to issue a card and will consult on all questions. Thus, clients can purchase the goods in a network of hypermarkets "Î'KEY" due to: saved up bonuses, the consumer credit from "Finance and Credit" Bank and funds preliminary placed on a payment card.
      According to the Vice-chairman of Board of the Bank Victor Golub: "The first set of 200 bonus-payment cards - were emitted on March, 20th, 2008. As a whole, less than for a month "Finance and Credit" Bank emitted over 3 thousand of bonus-payment cards, 5 ATMs (2 in Kiev, 1 in Zaporozhye and Krivoi Rog, 1 - at the main office of "Î'KEY Ukraine" company  under salary project) and 177 POS-terminals in the network of "Î'KEY" hypermarkets are constructed. In Bank plans is up to the end of 2008 to emit nearby 15-20 thousand of bonus-payment cards".
      All the cards are emitted on the basis of international payment card Visa Classic and enable to open the renewed credit line without provision of the information on incomes on favourable terms and with an opportunity of its further increase. By means of the card it is possible not only to pay off for the goods and services abroad and thus to avoid standard problems of declaring of cash, but to reserve air tickets, hotels, to rent auto, etc.
      Besides "Finance and Credit" Bank offers one of the lowest interest rate for card credits, a simple scheme of loans tariffing, convenient and simple crediting conditions.
      The "Î'KEY Ukraine" company intends to develop the network of hypermarkets on the territory of Ukraine. By the end of this year shops in Kharkov and Odessa will have already been opened.
      The program of loyalty will cover all new shops of the network of "Î'KEY" hypermarkets . The validity of cobranding project "Charivna Kartka" - is unlimited.

      "Finance and Credit" Bank was founded in 1990 and by total assets it enters the group of the largest banks according to NBU classification. As of 01.04.2008 authorized capital of the Bank made up UAH 1,277 bln. As of 01.04.2008 the Bank's net assets were UAH 15, 255 bln., liabilities totalled to UAH 13, 466 bln. The Bank's loan portfolio reached UAH 11, 775 bln. The amount of attracted funds as of 01.04.2008 was UAH 9, 690 bln.

     The "Î'KEY Ukraine" company was founded in 2005. Today it is the Ukrainian company with the European capital. The single investor "Î'KEY Ukraine" is the company "Expert Capital". The first shop of the network was opened on November, 14th, 2007 in Kiev. Its total area makes up 18 000 thousand sq.m., the area of a trade hall is 12 000 sq.m. In addition the network is presented in Krivoi Rog and Zaporozhye. The staff of the company is totaled by 1800 person.
      The "Î'KEY Ukraine" company will develop due to the usage of the rented areas in large trade centre and own construction, both hypermarkets, and small trade centres. Also, in the future, the company plans to develop such format as supermarket. Investments into the project for 2007 made up UAH 300 million. In 2008 it is planned to increase their volume by UAH 500 million.
