“Finance and Credit” Bank registered authorized capital increase

      On the 28th of July 2008 the state registration of authorized capital of "Finance and Credit" Bank was realized. The authorized capital of "Finance and Credit" Bank was exceeded in UAH 723.499.937,50 – from UAH 1.276.500.062,50 to UAH 2 000 000 000.
     The mentioned increase was realized by means of additional issuance of common nominal shares at nominal value of UAH 0,5 each by their closed placement. The total amount of placed shares made up 1 446 999 875 of common nominal shares, the total nominal shares value – UAH 723 499 937, 50.
      The results of closed placement of Bank shares which was realized in two stages  from the 2nd to 17th of June 2008 and from 18th to 19th of June 2008 were registered at the general meeting of Bank shares holders on the 24th of June 2008.
