Bank ‘Finance and Credit’ develops cooperation with Unitrade Group

      Bank 'Finance and Credit' develops cooperation with Unitrade Group Holding. Within the framework of pay-roll project, the Bank is planning to issue payment cards for 2.5 thousand employees of Unitrade Group Holding. 
      "Bank 'Finance and Credit' and the Holding have been cooperating long time in the corporate field. Now we have entered new stage of relations between the Bank and the Holding. Despite certain difficulties in the financial markets, the Bank continues financing of Unitrade Group, thus justifying its image of reliable partner for Ukrainian businesses. At the moment, the Bank already signed pay-roll agreements with two companies, namely, City.com and Unitrade. Gradually all the companies within the Holding will join the pay-roll project. Moreover, the Bank successfully cooperates with the holding in the field of merchant acquiring. The Bank's POS terminals are installed in City.com and Unitrade stores and ATMs are planned to be installed in the Holding's stores", said Evheniy Filipskyi, Head of Large-Scale Business Department, Bank 'Finance and Credit'.

      As of 01.12.2008, the Bank has issued in total over 420 thousand payment cards within pay-roll projects and installed 77 ATMs. Since the beginning of the year, Bank 'Finance and Credit' has increased the number of issued payment cards by over 125 thousand.
      The total number of VISA and MasterCard payment cards issued by the Bank, as of 01.12.2008, has made up over 913 thousand and the number of pay-roll projects of the Bank has made up approximately 3 thousand.

       As of 01.12.2008, own card business infrastructure of Bank 'Finance and Credit' includes 4,159 points of sale and service and 541 cash outlets.
Joint ATM network of Bank 'Finance and Credit', Ukrsibbank, Ukrsotsbank, Pravex-Bank and Rodovid Bank includes 3,510 ATMs.

      Unitrade Group Holding has been working in Ukraine's ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) market since 1994. The structure of Unitrade Group includes a Group of trading companies, such as Unitrade, City.com, Melofon, SamoByt, a company engaged in the development of commercial real estate, the Udicom wholesale company, the B.Zone consulting company, and Service Master, a service company.  The Holding manufactures its own brand Ixtone products. The turnover of the Holding in 2007 made up USD 450 million. The President of Unitrade Group is Vladimir Kolodyuk.
