Bank Finance and Credit offers package of services for restructuring customers` loan debts

To reduce financial pressure Bank Finance and Credit offered a package of services for restructuring loan debts of its customers.

Igor Shevchenko, Head of Retail Products Sales Department, Bank Finance and Credit, said: «Borrowers who experience temporary financial problems will be able to use a sort of `life buoy` of the Bank – package of services that allow to optimize customer`s financial flows for a certain period of time. Loyalty package includes such services as loan prolongation, repayment holiday, review of repayment schedule, change of repayment scheme from classical to equal monthly installments, temporary interest rate reduction».

Service Fee makes up UAH 200 for auto loans and UAH 500 for mortgages. Maximum prolongation term is 10 years – for Real Estate Purchase programs, 5 years – Credit on Real Estate programs, 2 years – for Foreign Auto Lending programs and Domestic Auto Lending programs.

To use the Loyalty Package of the Bank the customer has to write an application and to provide all the documents that confirm financial standing of the borrower as of the date of application.
