The Bank "Finance and Credit" endorsed an agreement with Morgan Stanley Bank about its participation as financial consultant on the process of restructuring of external Bank debt.
Signed agreement provides Morgan Stanley's participation in negotiations with creditors. In the framework of consultations on restructuring of external debts of the Bank "Finance and Credit" in consort with Morgan Stanley Bank develops Bank strategy in 2009-2010: the detailed plans of restructuring of Bank debts, plans and repayment schedule.
