Finance and Credit Bank becomes Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC)

      On September 29, 2009 - the official registration took place, consequently, the Bank "Finance and Credit" was renamed from Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) to Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC).

      The aforementioned renaming is mainly connected with the necessity of bringing the Bank's activity into the line with the requirements of the Ukrainian Law "On Joint Stock Companies".

      "By making the decision of changing the name for PJSC "Bank "Finance and Credit", we have fully adhered to the requirements of the Ukrainian Law with regard to the types of the joint stock companies", - commented the Chairman of the Board, Volodymyr Khlyvniuk.

      "While renaming the Bank from Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) to Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC), we have once again confirmed the openness and transparency of our policy in the development of our long-term cooperation with the clients and partners", - added V. G. Khlyvniuk.

The major shareholders of the Bank "Finance and Credit" as of 02.09.2009 are CJSC "F&C Realty" (46.67 %), "Askania, Ltd." (48.88 %) and OJSC "Kievmedpreparat Ukraina"(3,01%).
