Finance and Credit Bank attracted $12.5m from a foreign investor

On January 29, 2010, at the National Bank of Ukraine, the Bank "Finance and Credit" completed the registration of the funds in the volume of $12,5 million USD, which were attracted from the "Bloomshine limited" (Great Britain). The funds were attracted under the terms and conditions of subordinated debt for 7 years.
As the Chairman of the Board of the Bank "Finance and Credit", Vladimir Khlyvniuk reported: "These funds have been attracted within a framework of the existing capitalization program and will be directed to the Bank's liquidity enhancement. Overall, the provision is made for the attraction of funds to the Bank's capital in the amount of 200 million UAH within the first half of 2010."
The previous enhancement of the Bank's regulatory capital in the volume of $10 million USD took place in August, 2009 at the expense of the attraction of funds under the terms and conditions of subordinated debt.
