Finance and Credit Bank attracts $25m from a foreign investor

     On March 31, 2010, within a framework of program realization of the increase of capitalization level the Bank "Finance and Credit" completed the registration of the funds at the National Bank of Ukraine in the volume of $25 million USD, which were attracted from the "Bloomshine limited" (Great Britain) on the conditions of subordinated debt. The funds were attracted for 7 years.
      According to the Chairman of the Board of the Bank "Finance and Credit" Vladimir Khlyvniuk: "We completely keep to earlier approved Bank capitalization program. The given increase of regulative capital is the additional guarantee of stable work of Bank for our clients and partners and it creates conditions for further development of the Bank. I must admit that it is not the last increase of the Bank capital this year".
     The previous enhancement of the Bank's regulatory capital in the volume of $12,5 million USD took place in January, 2010 at the expense of the attraction of funds under the terms of subordinated debt.
