Hot on the heels with «Christmas meetings»

     On April 9th, 2010 the Bank Finance and Credit summed up the results of promo «Christmas meetings», in its frameworks the Bank performed a drawing lot of the set of costly gifts among Clients: gold ingots, house cinemas, TVs, musical centres and many other presents. Presently entire Bank network will deliver gifts to their happy owners.
     The promo action «Christmas meetings» was held in the Bank Finance and Credit from December 1st, till March 1st, 2010. All Clients having made use of one of bank services* could take part in the promo and fill special questionnaire to estimate quality of services in the Bank.
     According to Mr.Shevchenko, the Director of the Retail Department at the Bank Finance and Credit: «Special loyalty program for Bank depositors provides a chance to raise profitableness of the deposits opened or replaced in the Bank for additional 0,5-2 % which was indisputable advantage of the given promo; special loyalty programs for regular and new Clients are already usual practice for our Bank».
     «Except new Clients attraction, important task of the promo was service quality improvement in the Bank branches. In the questionnaires our Clients estimated work of individual bank employees and Bank as a whole», - Mr. of Shevchenko added.
     During action in the Bank Finance and Credit over 5,5 thousand of new deposit accounts of private clients were opened, and also about 35 thousand of depositors replaced their savings in the Bank. The deposit portfolio of individual persons of the Bank during promo increased by UAH 505 million and made up UAH 4,3 billion.

* Deposit placing/replacing, money transfer, payment of settlements (including municipal), opening of payment card, currency exchange operation (the sum is equivalent to UAH 50 thousand).

      The Bank "Finance and Credit" was founded in 1990, and on account of the size of its assets, the Bank belongs to the largest Ukrainian banks, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
      As of 01.04.2010, the Bank serves over 123 thousand retail term deposit accounts of its private customers, and more than 230 thousand of current accounts. The amount of funds on term deposit accounts of individuals made up UAH 4,47 billion, as of 01.04.2010.
      As of 01.04.2009 the system of Bank Finance and Credit includes 16 branches and 305 outlets all over Ukraine.
