Finance and Credit Bank attracts $5m from a foreign investor

Kiev On June 4, 2010, Finance and Credit Bank, within the limits of program realization of the increase of capitalization level, finished registration process of the funds at the National Bank of Ukraine in the volume of $5 million, attracted from «Bloomshine limited» (Great Britain) on conditions subordinated debt. Term of funds attraction– 7 years. According to the Chairman of the board of Finance and Credit Bank Vladimir Khlyvniuk: "We have developed capital strengthening program and we accurately adhere to it. Besides, we're planning to increase the Bank level of capitalisation in June and July".
The previous enhancement of the Bank's regulatory capital in the volume of $10 million took place in April, 2010 at the expense of the attraction of funds under the terms of subordinated debt.
From the beginning of the year the Bank attracted funds in total amount $52.5 million on the conditions of subordinated debt. Contact for representatives of mass-media:
