Finance and Credit Bank attracts $11m from a foreign investor

Kyiv On June, 30th, 2010 the Bank «Finance and Credit» finished the registration process of means in volume of $11 million in the National bank of Ukraine, attracted from «Bloomshine limited» (Great Britain) on conditions of subordinated debt. Means are attracted within the limits of program realisation on increase of capitalisation level of the Bank. Term of attraction – 7 years. The chairman of the Board of the Bank «Finance and Credit» Vladimir Khlyvniuk noted: «Next increase of regulative Bank capital gives additional possibilities to increase firstly volumes of crediting of Bank clients that in the conditions of renewal business activity in the country has a prior value». The previous increase of regulative Bank capital in volume of $5 million took place in the beginning of June, 2010 at the expense of attraction of means on conditions of subordinated debt. In total from the beginning of year the Bank attracted $63,5 million on conditions of subordinated debt. Contact for SME representatives:
