Finance and Credit Bank attracts $20 million from a foreign investor

<p>press-release</p> <p> On February 24, 2011, Finance and Credit Bank received a permission from the National Bank of Ukraine to include the funds in the amount of $20 million attracted from "Bloomshine limited" company (Great Britain) in the Bank's capital in the form of subordinated debt.</p> <p> The funds are borrowed for the term of 7 years under the programme for increasing the Bank's capitalisation level.</p> <p> According to Chairman of the Finance and Credit Bank Board <strong>Vladimir Khlyvnyuk</strong>: "The growth of regulatory capital that is combined with the increase in clients' funds allows the Bank to continue to grant loans to its clients. In particular, the Bank intends to considerably strengthen its presence in the retail loans segment.
