Over 5,000 people work for Bank "Finance & Credit"

   The amount of employees who work for Bank "Finance & Credit" exceeded 5,000. Nataliya Zachepa became a jubilee employee, who was employed in Donetsk Bank Branch on August 6, 2007. As said by the colleagues, even during that short period of time she managed to declare herself to be good both at work and relationship with the collective. On the part of the whole Bank "Finance & Credit" the head of Donetsk Bank Branch congratulated the 5,000th employee of Bank "Finance & Credit" and presented her with a diploma and symbolical gratuity – "money for luck". 
   According to Antonina Dobrovolska, head of Personnel Department of Bank "Finance & Credit", presently the Bank is understood not as a summation of key competences of its composing business units, but as combination of key competences of employees, that is skills, abilities, technologies, enabling the Bank to provide certain values for its customers and gain competitive advantage in the market. That is why all milestones of the Bank's development, connected with people are now significant for us. Besides, the majority of the Bank's top managers have already developed an understanding that among the factors that influence long-term success the human one takes the first place – now it's well trained, correctly organized and reasoned personnel, which defines the future of the Bank. We wish Nataliya Zachepa easily join the team of professionals and completely realize her potential.

   As of 01.08.2007 Bank "Finance & Credit" system comprised of 340 sales outlets. Out of 5,000 employees working for Bank "Finance & Credit", 12,5% are employees of the head office.
