Copy of labour book + (that of the spouse) - if necessary

BTI Certificate (Extract from the register of rights for owners on the real estate)
Technical passport
Certificate from Housing Department about the number of persons registered in apartment and about debts on community charges

Purchase and sale transaction is executed in the Bank, the apartment to be purchased, acts as collateral.
