of commission fees of JSC Finance and Credit Bank (further referred to as the Bank)
for cash settlement services for retail deposits*

1. OPENING AND MAINTENANCE OF DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS OF INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS
1.1 Opening/closing a deposit account is not charged
1.2. Issuing paper statements on a deposit account:
1.2.1 for the past month is not charged
1.2.2 for the previos periods is 30 UAH. (VAT excluded)
1.3. Issuing a bank certificate on a deposit account, the money flow through it or any other information on request of the client (printed on the letterhead paper) is 50 UAH. (VAT excluded)

2. CASH OPERATIONS THROUGH DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS OF INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS (inclusive of call deposits)
2.1. Withdrawal of cash that arrived in the deposit account as cash:
2.1.1 from a deposit account / demand deposit accounts (when returning the deposit which was accounted on the demand deposit account) - free of charge
2.2. Withdrawal of cash that arrived in a deposit account in a non-cash way:
2.2.1. from a deposit account / demand deposit account (when returning the deposit which was accounted on the demand deposit account) upon the deposit maturity (except as specified in clause 2.2.2 of these tariffs) - free of charge
2.2.2. from a deposit account / demand deposit account on request when returning funds that have been deposited on the account for 90 days and / or in case of premature withdrawal of the deposit on the customer's initiative (regardless of the term funds have been held on the deposit account) - 0.8% (min 10 UAH / 1 USD / 1 EUR / 1GBP / 30 RUB) (VAT excluded)
2.2.3. from the account 2620 of the "Deposit Line" deposit  - 0.5% (min 10 UAH / 1 USD / 1 EUR / 1GBP / 30 RUB) (VAT excluded)

3. NON-CASH OPERATIONS THROUGH DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS OF INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS (inclusive of demand deposits)**
3.1. Money transfer on request from a deposit account/demand deposit within the bank branch is not charged
3.2. Money transfer on request from a deposit account/demand deposit within the Bank is 0.3% (min 10UAH / 1USD / 1EUR / 1GBP / 30RUB) (VAT excluded)
3.3. Money transfer on request from a deposit account/demand deposit to other banks is 1% (min 10 UAH / 1 USD /1 EUR / 1 GBP/ 30 RUB) (VAT excluded)

4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS
4.1. Issuing certified by the Bank copies of the following documents:
4.1.1 contracts / additional agreements  – 25 UAH per one document (VAT excluded)
4.1.2 payment instruments – 5 UAH per one document (VAT excluded)
4.2. Execution of a Power of Attorney for disposition of a deposit account (without VAT) - 40 UAH.
4.3. Execution of a testamentary disposition (without VAT) - 40 UAH.

* commission fee is paid in national currency calculated at the NBU exchange rate as at the transaction date

Note: execution in the "Internet Bank" system of transactions through the deposit account / demand deposit on request is charged separately in accordance with the tariff fees of JSC Finance and Credit Bank for cash and settlement services being provided for individuals through the "Internet Bank" system.

The tariffs are effective from 03.01.2012 in all bank branches and in the operational department for individual customer support in the Head Operational Center of the Operational Department in Head Office Bank of JSC Finance and Credit Bank.
