CONTACT makes it possible to make money transfers in RUB, USD and EUR. When transferring funds, the transfer fee is charged in UAH at the NBU rate.

The international money transfer and payment system of CONTACT has been operating since 1999. Its founder and system operator is RUSSLAVBANK (Closed JSC). Payment partners of CONTACT are over 1000 legal entities – commercial banks, trading enterprises, insurance and travelling agencies and their agents, Internet providers, communication operators and others. Every year the services of the system are used by dozens of millions of customers around the world.

For the Sender:

• Walk into any conveniently for you located agent location of the CONTACT system, whose address you can find out by calling 0800-50-42-42 (toll-free for calls from landline phones within Ukraine)
• Select a country, city and agent location of the CONTACT system, where the Receiver can withdraw the money transfer
• Hand over an identification document proving your personality. Tell the Receiver's full name as it is indicated in his or her passport.
• The bank employee will fill in the money transfer form and assign a unique money transfer control number to it. Pay the transfer amount and transfer fee.
• Inform the Receiver of the agent location of the CONTACT system, the transfer amount and unique money transfer control number.

For the Receiver:

• Learn from the Sender the address of the CONTACT pay-out location, unique money transfer control number and transfer amount
• Walk into the pay-out location of the CONTACT system within its opening hours
• Hand over an identification document proving your personality
• Receive the transfer amount. The transfer fee is not charged for withdrawal.
• It is possible to pick up the money in cash right in the pay-out location of the CONTACT system.
