Transfers through the Western Union system

The Bank performs payments of money transferred in EUR through Western Union
Western Union Finance Services, GmbH in Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia announces that starting from 1 March 2008 Western Union has launched a new service on the territory of Ukraine payments of money transfers through Western Union from Portugal, Spain and Italy (Campania) in EUR.
So far this service will be provided only for money transfers from Portugal, Spain and Italy (Campania).
You can use Western Union services in any branch of the Bank Finance and Credit and at our partners`.

Western Union - History
The Western Union is the largest money transfer system in the world that has been functioning for more than 150 years and which allows to transfer the client's money without any losses or inconveniences just in few minutes in any of the 200,000 points of the company that function in 200 countries of the world. More than 80% of the population of the globe can utilize the services of this system.The Western Union Company (Western Union Financial Services Inc.) was established in 1851; its biography has many memorable pages related to the implementation of innovations, advanced technologies and new management strategies that fostered the revolutionary break-through in the development of global economy, science and engineering.
Western Union in work:
- Having brought cash funds to the nearest servicing point, the Sender shall fill out the form "For transferring money" and pay for the service;
- The transfer shall be registered in the global electronic system "WU" and money becomes available for paying out;
- The OPERATOR assigns a control ten-digit number to the transfer and informs the SENDER about it;
- Having filled out the form "For receiving money" in the nearest servicing point of the company, the Recipient receives the cash addressed to him/her.

WESTERN UNION – WE OFFER:
- Transfer and receipt of cash through our system in 195 countries of the world
- Payment by cash currency (the currency of the country of destination or exclusively USD for some countries), or by checks to the money transfer or combination
- thereof, depending on availability of payment instruments and payment terms in the servicing point;
- Cancellation of the money transfer and return of the major amount upon written request of the Sender;
- Return of the fee for services upon written request of the Sender, in case the money transfer hasn't been provided to the Recipient within the term stipulated for this service (taking into account business hours of the selected servicing point) and in view of other special circumstances;
- Cancellation of the transfer without return of the fee for services in case
the transfer hasn't been received:
- because of or at the request of the Recipient
- because of the mistake made by the Sender or because of the violation of the
transfer terms
- at the request of the Sender.

| The amount of transfer shall be returned to the Sender exclusively in the point of origin. |

Tariffs on money transfers made in USD via the WESTERN UNION system from Ukraine to Commonwealth of Independent States1
Since the 17 December 2007 Western Union has implemented new tariffs on international money transfers in USD from Ukraine to CIS countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
