Commercial loans on security of Real Estate

Using this programme small business representatives can obtain credit for commercial purposes on security of Real Estate.

A loan can be granted both to individuals and legal entities.

• Loan currency – UAH, USD or EUR; 
• Loan amount – up to 80% on a real estate value; 
• Crediting period:
  
  - Up to 15 years for financing of fixed capital;
  - Up to 5 years for financing of current capital;
