Using this programme small business representatives can obtain credits to buy real estate for commercial needs (residential and non-residential funds).

A loan can be granted both to individuals and legal entities.

• Loan currency – UAH, USD or EUR;
• Loan amount – up to 80% on a real estate value;
• Crediting period – up to 15 years;
• Collateral – purchased real estate;
• Favorable period of credit body repayment – up to 18 mos.
